These Terms govern the use of the studyonsende.com website and all classes and services offered by Stüdyon Sende. By using the site, booking, or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Our classes
We offer live (Zoom) and recorded access to Yoga I, Yoga II, Pilates, Fitness and BMC (Body Mind Connection) classes, published on a weekly schedule. Our classes support movement quality, mobility, balance and nervous-system regulation — they are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. We may update the schedule, instructors, or class list to maintain quality, as long as the overall nature of the membership stays the same.
1.3 Your account
Keep your login and payment details accurate and confidential. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
1.4 Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to join. If you're under 18, we need a signed consent form from your parent or legal guardian before you can attend any class.
1.5 Membership access
An active membership gives you access to the live classes (and recordings, where available) included in your package. Access ends when your membership ends.
1.6 Packages
Monthly: valid for that month's published schedule. Cannot be cancelled or paused.
3-month: valid for three months. Cannot be cancelled or paused.
6-month: valid for six months. You may pause your membership once, for up to 1 month (e.g. illness, accident, surgery, pregnancy, or other serious reasons). Tell us in writing (email) in advance.

1.7 Health & safety
We don't ask for a formal health form. During your first conversation with us, we may ask general questions relevant to your safety in class — this isn't recorded. You're responsible for making sure you're fit to participate, and for consulting a doctor if needed. See section 5 (Health & Participation Declaration).
1.8 Using the platform
Please don't record, screenshot, copy, share, or use our live classes or recordings commercially. Live classes may occasionally be recorded for members who have access to recordings. Participants are responsible for turning off their camera if they do not wish to appear. We will never use identifiable recordings for promotional purposes without separate consent.
Memberships are personal — please don't share your account. Repeated or intentional account sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Class content may never be used to train AI systems or build datasets. Be respectful of instructors and other participants; we may suspend or end access for anyone who isn't.
1.9 Payment
Our website doesn't have an online checkout. To join, click "Buy" on the package you want; we'll send you our IBAN. Pay by bank transfer and email us your payment receipt. We currently accept bank transfer only; we may add other payment methods in future. Membership begins only after we have verified receipt of your payment and activated your account. Invoices are issued electronically and securely stored in our archives. You may request a copy at any time by contacting us, and we will send it to the email address associated with your membership.
1.10 Our content
Everything on our site and in our classes — videos, recordings, materials, branding, and methodology — belongs to Stüdyon Sende. Please don't copy, reuse, resell, or use it to train AI systems without our written permission.
"Body Mind Connection (BMC)" and the associated teaching methodology are proprietary intellectual property of Stüdyon Sende and may not be reproduced, taught, adapted, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission. The name "Body Mind Connection" and the abbreviation "BMC" are used as brand identifiers of Stüdyon Sende.
1.11 Our liability
We take reasonable care, but can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Movement classes carry an inherent risk of physical strain or injury, and by joining you accept this risk. We're not liable for injury caused by exceeding your own physical limits, not following instructions, or not disclosing a relevant health condition, to the extent allowed by law.
1.12 Changes & termination
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. We may suspend or end your account for a serious breach of these Terms.
1.13 Governing law
If you're a consumer resident in Turkey, Turkish consumer law applies (including Law No. 6502). If you're resident in Spain or the EU, Spanish and EU law applies. The mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence always apply.
1.14 Language
These Terms may be published in English, Turkish and Spanish. If translations differ, the Spanish version prevails, except where mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
